If your visa application get rejected by the Turkey embassy, then we are not able in providing the refund amount. You will have to re-apply for the Turkey visa.
We are only responsible for the terms we have mutually agreed upon such as processing your visa application. If in any case your visa get rejected, we are not responsible for that.
Passport and Visa:
Every customer is required to submit the original copy of his/her passport and relevant documents such as valid ID card. Everyone should carry the original and a copy of the passport and valid ID proof all the time during the visit in Turkey.
No refund can be made in case of the loss or lack of relevant documents.
Availability & Pricing:
The Turkey visa depends upon the subject to availability.
We do not provide Travel insurance, the customer needs to purchase the travel insurance.
We are a service-based company to processes your Turkey visa application on priority with an additional price.
Every type of visa comes with a different timeline, choose accordingly.
If the customer applies for the Express visa, in that case, we process the application immediately. The applicant needs to fulfill the document requirements. If the visa got rejected, we will not take any responsibility for the rejection if it occurs due to the lack of information.
